Property Week’s Inspiring Women in Property Awards 2026: Celebrating the Women Shaping Real Estate

Congratulations to all the winners and finalists at Property Week’s Inspiring Women in Property Awards 2026, celebrating the women, allies and organisations helping to shape the future of the property industry.

Madison Lincoln Senior Director - Emma Burnaby-Atkins, who has been a judge for the past three years, joined this year’s finalists and winners at the Royal Lancaster Hotel. Emma said of this year’s awards:

“The standard of entries just keeps getting better and better, and the number of entries is also increasing year-on-year as awareness grows. It was a lovely celebration of fantastic women doing brilliant things in real estate and I was so pleased to be there to celebrate and recognise the positive differences to our sector being made by ALL of the shortlisted women.”

It’s encouraging to see the awards continue to grow year on year, giving greater visibility to the women driving positive change across the real estate industry. Recognising and showcasing their achievements helps set a standard for what our industry should value – and, as Emma has noted before, for the next generation of leaders - that visibility really matters.
