TONY HORRELL

Senior Advisor

With more than four decades of experience in real estate and capital markets, Tony Horrell is one of the industry’s most respected leaders. Former Chairman & CEO of Colliers UK & Ireland, he led the business from 2010, transforming it into a market-leading platform of over 1,000 people across 16 offices.

Joining Colliers at a pivotal moment, Tony rebuilt the business from the ground up — reshaping its culture, strengthening the quality of its people, and driving significant growth through a combination of strategic hires and multiple acquisitions. His leadership established Colliers as a major force in the UK and Ireland market.

He began his career as a graduate at the firm that is now Jones Lang LaSalle, where he remained as the business evolved, and has been operating at the forefront of real estate and capital markets since 1982. He became one of the youngest owning partners in the firm globally in his early thirties, before progressing to some of its most senior leadership roles — leading its City business, UK transactional operations, European capital markets platform and, ultimately, global capital markets.
