Tony Horrell, Former Colliers Chairman & CEO, Joins Madison Lincoln as Senior Advisor
We’re delighted to welcome Tony Horrell, former Chairman and CEO of Colliers UK & Ireland, as Senior Advisor at Madison Lincoln.
Tony’s appointment marks an important step in the continued growth of the business, as we expand our advisory offering and deepen our engagement with senior leadership across the real estate sector.
With more than four decades of experience in real estate and capital markets, Tony brings extensive leadership expertise, having led Colliers’ UK & Ireland business since 2010, growing it into a market-leading platform with over 1,000 employees across 16 offices.
In his new role as Senior Advisor, Tony will work closely with our leadership team to support strategic growth, strengthen connections with clients and partners, and leverage his extensive network to open new opportunities across the industry. His remit includes introducing the firm to senior decision-makers, and providing strategic insight on market positioning and talent strategy.
Tony commented:
“I’ve spent over 40 years in this industry building relationships and working with people, so this role is a natural fit. Madison Lincoln has built an impressive platform with a clear focus on quality, relationships and long-term partnerships. I’m looking forward to helping the team strengthen connections across the market and unlock new opportunities.”
He added:
“This role allows me to stay close to the breadth of the industry. Real estate remains a people business at its core, and the ability to connect great talent with the right organisations has never been more important.”
Tony also highlighted the increasing complexity facing the sector:
“Businesses today are navigating greater regulation and ongoing market uncertainty, which makes leadership decisions more critical than ever. The cost of getting senior hires wrong is significant, so taking a considered, thorough approach to talent is essential.”
Tom McNally, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Madison Lincoln, commented:
“Tony’s appointment is a major milestone for us. As a growing business, we recognised the need to further strengthen our senior advisory capability and credibility in a competitive market. Tony brings unparalleled experience, insight and relationships, which will be invaluable to both our team and our clients. Our clients will benefit directly from Tony’s perspective as a former industry leader. His ability to challenge thinking, provide strategic advice and open doors at the highest level enhances our position as a true advisory partner, not just a search firm.”
As markets recover and continue to evolve, we are seeing increased demand for experienced leadership and strategic talent advisory. Tony’s appointment brings an additional level of perspective and experience that sets our advisory offering apart, strengthening our ability to support clients with senior, experience-led insight.
We look forward to working closely with Tony as we continue to build on our growth.
