Property recruitment experts join forces to create a new dynamic business
Former Colliers International and CBRE Recruitment Director Tom McNally has launched a new real estate Executive Search business with the support and backing of Madison Berkeley, a market leading property recruitment company.
Madison Lincoln will offer an Executive Search service to the senior end of the Real Estate industry; alongside a unique service line which will provide tailored advice to businesses in regards to their ongoing recruitment strategy as well as advising on Talent Acquisition functions.
The business will be headed up by Managing Director Tom McNally, who has vast experience in real estate recruitment, having advised on senior property industry moves across the UK and Europe. Prior to launching Madison Lincoln, Tom held a number of senior leadership positions including EMEA Director of Talent Acquisition for Colliers International and Interim Head of UK Recruitment at CBRE.
