Tom graduated from the University of Winchester in 2005 and has been working in HR and recruitment for the real estate sector since leaving university. Starting off professionally working for a global property recruitment company, he progressed through the ranks before moving into executive search.
In 2015, Tom joined CBRE to help set up a new in-house recruitment function and support the business in achieving its ambitious growth targets. Following a number of successful years, Tom joined Colliers International to head up Talent Acquisition across EMEA. In these leadership roles, Tom has been responsible for creating recruitment strategies, directly leading on significant key hires, while also growing internal teams and helping implement new technology.
In his spare time, Tom loves travelling and spending time with his family when he is not watching Arsenal.
Kristen is excited about the joint venture between Madison Lincoln and Madison Berkeley. He believes the two businesses will work in perfect harmony together offering clients a 360 degree solution. Kristen has more than 20 years’ experience in recruitment in a variety of industry sectors, including periods as MD of both an Energy, and a Technology Recruitment firm, each turning over in excess of £100m per annum.
He has a thorough understanding of opening, running and growing multi-office international recruitment teams at both operational and executive level. Having started his career as a graduate trainee at a global contract recruitment company, he has first-hand experience of the difficulties and challenges faced at all levels of the career ladder.
Clare studied Real Estate at the University of Reading and graduated in 2009. She previously worked as a Surveyor for Strutt and Parker and has over 10 years real estate recruitment experience working for a large real estate recruitment company. Clare enjoys establishing long term relationships and getting to know candidates and clients well which is a key to her success. Clare enjoys family holidays to Portugal and Norfolk, horse riding and catching up with friends over a glass of wine.

Nina graduated from Oxford Brookes in 2000 and has over 20 years recruitment expertise. Co-founding Madison Berkeley enabled her to bring all of her past experiences together to offer the market distinctive and very tailored consultancy services. She is a proud Londoner, loving its vibrancy and history, but also has a life-long passion for the great outdoors and adventurous travel.

After graduating from University with a French degree, Alex took part in the Mountbatten Internship Programme in New York gaining valuable life and business skills. In 2002, she joined a Global Real Estate recruitment company where she had a long and successful career as a Director until 2013 when left following the birth of her first child. Alex enjoys spending time with her 3 children and also likes to dabble in her hobby job as a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist.
Basak is a Research Consultant based in London and brings over 10 years of recruiting and generalist human resources experience to the team. Basak holds a MA Human Resource Management Degree from the University of Westminster. She is fully accredited as a practitioner and trainer in Targeted Selection Interviewing.
Prior to joining Madison Lincoln, she held several Human Resources generalist and executive roles (AstraZeneca, McDonalds, Johnson Controls and Turkcell) in a range of client settings, with responsibilities encompassing executive selection & assessment, leadership development, talent strategy and assessment, development and implementation of competency frameworks, performance management, success profiling, psychometrics/360 feedback and assessment/development centres. She has in-depth generalist human resources experience and has led critical projects in the various client settings she worked at.
Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking with her dog, travelling with her family and pilates.
Gemma is our very experienced Operations Manager, who has experience of working across many industry sectors including wholesale and distribution, brand strategy, engineering and recruitment. In her role at Madison Lincoln, Gemma is responsible for managing the office, human resources, business administration, procurement and contracts. She has experience of large office relocation projects, taking the lead on all company projects.
Away from work, Gemma has travelled across the world and enjoys visiting new countries when she can. She also enjoys discovering new places to eat in London as well as spending time with her family.
Emma has worked in marketing communications since 1997, delivering programmes for both large blue chips and growing organisations across all sectors. Emma is passionate about using her experience and knowledge to help growing and ambitious companies.
Emma graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BA in English with Publishing.
When she’s not at work, Emma loves cooking, walking her dog and spending time with her two children.
